Helzberg Diamonds Conducts Business According to the Highest Standards for
Business Ethics
We believe in the longstanding and fundamental elements of professional conduct
and enjoy a reputation for employing people of good character and integrity who
consistently conduct themselves according to the highest standards for business
ethics.
More than 25 years ago, Helzberg Diamonds created what is now called the
"Helzberg Diamonds Code of Ethics," which identifies each associate's ethical
responsibilities to the company and to our customers.
Each year, we distribute our Code of Ethics and conduct training programs for
all company associates to ensure that everyone who works here fully understands
their professional and ethical responsibilities. All associates, from our chief
executive officer to our part-time store associates, are required to complete
the training and sign the Code of Ethics each year.
New company associates must read and sign the Code of Ethics as part of our new
associate orientation program.
Additionally, our toll-free Ethics Hotline is available to associates 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, allowing them to anonymously raise any concerns they may
have at any time.
