Helzberg Diamonds Requires Warranties From Its Diamond Suppliers

Helzberg Diamonds requires written assurances from our diamond and diamond jewelry suppliers that they also subscribe to the voluntary warranty system by stipulating that our merchandise vendors print the following language on their invoices and/or by including this language in our annual contracts with them:

"The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations Resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."
