At Helzberg Diamonds, we believe that a special purchase deserves a special warranty. The Diamond and Precious Gemstone Guarantee is our promise to stand behind the quality of your jewelry purchase, to be there when you need us, to listen to your concerns and to create a comfortable, no hassle shopping experience from start to finish.

The Helzberg Diamonds Guarantee provides you with these assurances:

• A 60-day refund or exchange privilege.
   
• For 12 months from your date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby, or emerald against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.
   
• Free replacement of your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby, or emerald for a lifetime if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original mounting during normal wear. To ensure this protection, and for the Guarantee to remain valid, Helzberg Diamonds must check and inspect your jewelry every 6 months. If it is determined that your jewelry is in need of repair, you must have your jewelry repaired by one of our representatives. All we require is that you bring in your inspection card along with your jewelry so we can make sure your jewelry is kept in excellent condition.
   
• The Guarantee provides you with a convenient and generous trade-in privilege for upgrading your diamond solitaire jewelry (pendants, earrings, rings) or loose diamond at any time. You will receive full credit for the original net purchase price toward the upgrade to other diamond solitaire jewelry (pendants, earrings, rings) or another loose diamond. The new net purchase price must be double the amount of the original net purchase price.

Remember, to ensure the best possible care of your jewelry, please bring your jewelry into your favorite Helzberg Diamonds store once every 6 months for a FREE cleaning and inspection. In order for the guarantee to remain valid, Helzberg Diamonds requires that your inspection card be signed when you bring your jewelry in every 6 months to be cleaned and inspected.
