Your watch is more than a timepiece, it's a reflection of your personality. When you purchase a watch from us, we guarantee that it is brand new and is free of defects. Should you decide this watch doesn't meet your needs, return it to us within 30 days of purchase, unworn, complete with the original packaging, manufacturer's warranty materials, any watch band links removed during sizing, and your sales receipt. We'll help you choose another watch to suit your needs, or refund your money.

Unlike other jewelry, watches contain delicate machinery and electronics. The manufacturer guarantees your watch to be free from manufacturing defects. A description of the repairs covered by the manufacturer of your watch are detailed in the enclosed warranty. Please review this warranty and call us at 1-800-606-2796 if you have any questions.

Just bring your watch to the Helzberg Diamonds location nearest you along with your warranty and sales receipt. We'll be happy to contact the manufacturer for you and handle the shipping. The watch assurance coverage plan does not cover battery replacement or damage to case, crystal, stem, band or clasp.
