What if I need help placing an order?
We'll do everything we can to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our

What credit cards do you accept?
We take Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and of course, the
Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card™. Unfortunately, when buying online you can't
use checks, cash, credit vouchers or gift certificates. For those purchases, we
invite you to visit a Helzberg Diamonds store near you.
Can I redeem a gift certificate online?
Gift cards can be redeemed in any of our 234 stores - but not, unfortunately,
online. Our friendly Sales Associates will help you find the perfect piece of
jewelry when you visit a Helzberg Diamonds store near you.
Do I have to sign in to make a purchase?
No, you can shop as a guest. Signing in will allow you to check the status of
your order and help make your checkout faster on future purchases.
What if I have a question about my order, want to change it, or need to cancel it?
For questions about your order, call Customer Service at 1-800-606-2796
Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST or send an email. If you created an account
when you were checking out, you can check your status online. Just visit My
Account to see information about your order.
Unfortunately, we can't change your order once it's been submitted. We process
orders very quickly - which is usually a good thing! We understand that everyone
makes mistakes, however, so if you have questions about your order, please
contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed when your order ships.
How is sales tax calculated?
If there is a Helzberg Diamonds store or office in your state, you will be
charged your state's sales tax. Find a location near you.
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
For your protection, orders $1000 and above must ship to the billing address
only. On orders under $1000 we will be happy to ship to a different address than
the billing address. Keep in mind that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and
we only ship within the continental U.S.
Is this a secure site? Is it safe to make purchases on this site?
Helzberg Diamonds is committed to protecting your personal information and
providing a secure shopping experience. We use industry standard encryption and
password protection technologies.
Can I save my credit card information online?
To keep your personal information safe, we do not save credit card information
online.
Can I save my billing address and shipping information online?
Yes, you can set up an account and save multiple shipping addresses.
Can I order something online and pick it up in a store?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service. You can, however, call
1-800-HELZBERG to find out if the item you want is currently available in a
store near you. Just provide the item number, and we'll tell you where to go to
see it in person.
Can I use the Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card™ account I just opened to make
an online purchase, even though I don't have my card yet?
Unfortunately, you can't use your Helzberg Diamonds Credit Card™ online
before it arrives in the mail. You should be getting your new card within 7-10
days. If you'd like to use your account before the card arrives, please visit
any one of our 234 stores, where we'll be happy to help you make a purchase

Does Helzberg Diamonds have a Layaway Program?
Yes! We offer a convenient layaway program at all Helzberg Diamonds store

Gifts & Gift Cards
Do you offer gift packaging?
Something as special as a gift from Helzberg Diamonds should come in a beautiful
package. That's why we send all of our customers' gifts in our elegant burgundy
box and bow at no charge. During checkout, you'll have an opportunity to include
a personalized message on a gift card - all for free.
Do you send gift receipts?
All Helzberg Diamonds online packages come with receipts that do not display the
purchase amount. You can still use this receipt in the event you need to return
or exchange your purchase.
Do you sell gift cards and e-certificates online?
Unfortunately we do not sell gift cards or e-certificates online at this time.
However, you can purchase a gift card from any of our 234 Helzberg Diamond
stores. We've heard humors that it's the perfect gift for any occasion! Find a

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Look next to the large image of the product you're interested in. If it's
available to purchase online, it will say "in stock."
If a product is out of stock online, can I still buy it?
If an item is out of stock online, it may still be available in a nearby
Helzberg Diamonds store. Next to the jewelry image, it will say "Sorry! This
item is currently not available." Just call 1-800-HELZBERG or visit a store near
you, provide the item number for the piece of jewelry you are interested in, and
we'll be happy to help you find it.
How do I know what size ring to order?
If you're buying a ring as a surprise, you'll earn major points for getting it
in the right size! Click here to read some of our tips on estimating someone's
ring size. If it's not a surprise, you can still use our handy ring sizer to
determine someone's exact ring size. Even better, you can have one of our
professional jewelers measure you for the perfect fit.
What if I don't order the right size ring?
Fear not - Helzberg Diamonds can change the size of almost any ring you buy from
us. The charge for ring sizing varies according to the type of metal and whether
it is a men's or women's ring. Contact the store nearest you at 1-800-HELZBERG
with your specific requirements and an Associate will be happy to assist you.
Are all Helzberg Diamonds products online?
At Helzberg Diamonds, we're known for our vast selection. However, to make your online
shopping experience a little easier we haven't put every single item
on our web site. Our stores can sometimes have up to three times as many styles
to choose from -- so if you don't see what you're looking for online, we

How do I know I'm getting a piece of high-quality jewelry?
Buying a piece of fine jewelry can be scary - especially when you're buying
online! That's why you should only trust Helzberg Diamonds with this important

notice that many of our diamonds say "IGI graded" or "GIA graded." This means

Will you clean and inspect the jewelry that I buy online?
Of course! Just bring your jewelry into your favorite Helzberg Diamonds store
for a FREE cleaning and inspection. It's a good idea to do this every six
months. Not only will your jewelry be better maintained, but your lifetime
guarantee will remain valid if you have your inspection card signed every six
months.
Can I save items in my shopping bag for purchase at a later date?
Yes, we know you may fall in love with several pieces of jewelry as you are
browsing our site. We'll save items in your shopping bag for 14 days. Just be
sure to come back quickly and finish your order.
What are the 4Cs?

When you buy a diamond from us, we want you to know exactly what you're getting.

diamond through a gemscope at 10x magnification.

How can I find a specific product?
There's a lot to look at on our site; we don't want you to get lost! Start by
using the category options on the top, then narrow your choices using the
options on the left. If you know exactly what you're looking for, use the Search

What are Helzberg Exclusives?
At Helzberg Diamonds, we love making our customers feel special. One of the ways
we do that is by offering a wide range of styles, cuts and collections that

Shipping Information
Is it safe to have fine jewelry sent through the mail?
We know how important your purchase is, so we've implemented several policies to
ensure that your order will arrive safe and sound. For example, we ship every
order through UPS. Our packages are never marked with the Helzberg Diamonds
name, and a signature is required on all deliveries. Furthermore, all orders
over $1000 must be shipped to your billing address. These policies have made our
online shopping experience safe, reliable and worry-free.
What if my jewelry gets lost in the mail?
While we take every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely;
mistakes do happen. Until someone signs for delivery, your order is insured,
meaning you'll be reimbursed if it doesn't arrive.
What shipping method do you use?
Once you've chosen the jewelry of your dreams, you want to make sure it arrives
quickly and safely! To make sure that happens, Helzberg Diamonds' requires a
signature for all deliveries. We ship all of our orders via UPS using your
choice of service:
- 2-Day Air Delivery: Standard 2-day delivery is currently available for FREE.
Your 2-day shipment will be processed the same business day if received before 1
p.m. weekdays. (A business day is Monday through Friday, not including
holidays.) If ring sizing is required, it may add three to five business days to
the normal delivery time. Your ring will be shipped (using the shipping method
you select) after the ring sizing is complete.
- UPS Next Day Air Service: The cost for overnight shipping is $20.95. Overnight
orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received before 1
p.m. CST weekdays. Orders received after 1 p.m. on Friday will not be shipped
until the following Monday.
* Additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain
areas of the United States. No orders from outside the United States proper can
be accepted.

How quickly will my order ship?
We know you're excited about your purchase and we want to make sure you receive
it quickly! If you order by 1 p.m. on a business day, your order will usually
ship the same day, or the next business day.
If ring sizing is required, it may add three to five business days to the normal
delivery time. If you select 2-day shipping, we'll ship your ring within two
business days after the ring sizing is complete. If you are in a hurry to
receive your order, we'll be happy to send it overnight once the ring sizing is
complete, via UPS.
How do I track my order status?
If you created an account during checkout, you can track your order status by
visiting My Account. This is located at the top right of each page on our site.

Do you require signature upon receipt of an order?
Once you've chosen the jewelry of your dreams, you want to make sure it arrives
quickly and safely! To make sure that happens, Helzberg Diamonds' requires a
signature for all deliveries. We ship all of our orders via UPS using your
choice of service -- either next day air or 2-day air.
Do you ship to PO, FPO and APO boxes?
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O., FPO and APO Boxes. We would like
you to be aware of this as you place your order. We wouldn't want to ruin a very
special surprise!

Unfortunately, we only ship to the United States. Additional time may be
required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain areas of the United

Jewelers for Children, an organization that has raised more than $23 million to

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Part of our commitment to a hassle-free shopping experience includes a simple
return and exchange privilege. If for any reason you decide to return or
exchange your purchase, you have 60 days (*30 days for unworn watches). Simply
take your purchase to any Helzberg Diamonds store. For the location of your

If there is no Helzberg Diamonds store conveniently located near you, or you
decide you want to return your purchase using UPS, we will gladly arrange to
have your purchase picked up by UPS - at no cost to you. Just call
1-800-606-2796 for an authorization number and instructions. Please note that
all jewelry returned using UPS must pass an inspection before we can issue any
refund or exchange.
NOTE: All purchases made in one of our store locations must be returned to the
nearest store location.
Can I return an item in a store location?
Yes, you can return any item purchased online to a store location. For the
location of your nearest store, call 1-800-HELZBERG (800-435-9237), or visit the
Store Locator.
How do I return a gift?
We will gladly exchange a gift you received for another item(s) or for store
credit. Or we will be happy to refund the individual whose name is on the
receipt, in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If the
original purchaser paid cash, a check will be sent to the purchaser from our
corporate office.
Am I billed for shipping if I return an item I purchased online?
Returns are free! You can either return an item to a store near you, or by UPS.
If you decide you want to return your online purchase through the mail, we will
gladly arrange to have your purchase picked up by UPS - at no cost to you. Just
call 1-800-606-2796 for an authorization number and instructions. Please note
that all jewelry returned using UPS must pass an inspection before we can issue
any refund or exchange.
NOTE: All purchases made in one of our store locations must be returned to the
nearest store location.
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds made by corporate check are sent through mail. Please allow 10 business
days for mailing. Refunds to a credit card or debit card are processed by our
credit card processor daily and then forwarded to the appropriate banking
facility for posting. Posting to your account my take 10-14 business days.

Is your web site secure?

What is the credit card verification number?
The Security Code is a 3 or 4 digit number that now appears on your credit card.
The security code helps ensure that the customer placing the order actually has
the credit card in their possession, and that the credit/debit card account is
legitimate. To find the Security Code, look on the back of your card. The code
is the 3 or 4 digit number just above your signature.
Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?
At Helzberg Diamonds, we value your privacy. It is our policy never to rent our
mailing list or email list to anyone or any company - without exception!
Can I save my credit card and billing information?
If you create an Account when you are checking out, we'll be happy to save your
billing information. To ensure your credit card information is safe and secure,
we do not save it in your account.
