The Helzberg Diamonds Jewelry Guarantee provides you with these assurances:
- A 60-day return or exchange privilege in stores
- A 60-day return privilege online
- A 30-day return or exchange privilege in our OUTLET stores, providing that the merchandise is in unaltered, as-purchased condition
- For 12 months after the date of your in-store or online purchases:
- We guarantee the mounting for your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby or emerald against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.
- If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, Helzberg Diamonds will repair or replace the item at our option without charge. This excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear.
- For in-store and online purchases, we provide a lifetime guarantee with free replacement for your diamond, natural sapphire, ruby or emerald if it is lost from its original mounting during normal wear. Documented inspections are required.

Watch Assurance Plan
When you purchase a watch from us, we guarantee that it is brand new and free of any manufacturing defects. Should you decide this watch doesn't meet your needs, return it to us within 30 days of purchase, unworn, complete with the original packaging, manufacturer's warranty materials, any watch band links removed during sizing, and your sales receipt. We'll help you choose another watch to suit your needs, or refund your money.
Unlike other jewelry, watches contain delicate machinery and electronics. The manufacturer guarantees your watch to be free from manufacturing defects. A description of the repairs covered by the manufacturer of your watch are detailed in the enclosed warranty.
