Shipping Costs & Times
At Helzberg Diamonds, we know our customers come to us for their most important purchases. That's why we work hard to ship every item quickly and safely, at the lowest possible cost to you.
Methods of shipment
To ensure proper and safe delivery of your order, Helzberg Diamonds requires a signature for all deliveries so we ship all of our orders via UPS using your choice of service*. You can select next day air or 2-day air in the checkout process.
FREE 2nd Day Air Delivery
2-day delivery is available for
FREE for a limited time. This free 2-day delivery applies to any order, regardless of the number of items or dollar value of the items you purchase. Your 2-day shipment will be processed the next business day. (A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.) If ring sizing is required, it may add three to five business days to the normal delivery time. Your ring will be shipped (using the shipping method you select) after the ring sizing is complete.
UPS Next Day Air Service
The cost for overnight shipping is $20.95 on all orders. Overnight orders will be shipped the same business day if orders are received before 1 p.m. weekdays. Orders received after 1 p.m. on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. If ring sizing is required, it may add three to five business days to the normal delivery time. Your ring will be shipped (using the shipping method you select) after the ring sizing is complete.
* Additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain areas of the United States.
* No orders from outside the United States proper can be accepted.
Ship To Address
For your protection, orders $1000 and above must ship to the billing address only. On orders under $1000 we will be happy to ship to a different address than the billing address. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We would like you to be aware of this as you place your order. We wouldn't want to ruin a very special surprise!
