It’s simple: Look for the Pick Up In-Store option of the item you're wanting to order and choose your preferred location. Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, go to your chosen store and we will have your order waiting for you. That’s all there is to it!
PICK UP IN-STORE FAQs
The pick up in-store option is available on most items at the selected location. Otherwise, all items are available for shipping.
No, Pick Up In-Store is absolutely free.
You will pay during your online checkout.
Once the selected location has finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is available for pickup.
If the item(s) on your order require sizing, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please contact the selected location to confirm your pick up date.
We will hold your order for 4 days after sending confirmation your order is ready. If the order is not picked up in that time, your money will be refunded and your order cancelled.
You should come prepared with a valid photo ID, form of payment used, and order number. You will be required to sign for your order upon pick up.
At this time, we do not allow someone else to pick up your order. You must pick up your own order.
All items using the pick up in-store option will fall under our 60-day return policy (30 days for watches and Outlet purchases). You can contact your local store or call 1-800-435-9237 to initiate a return and/or cancellation of an in-store pick up transaction.
Yes. However, orders using PayPal CANNOT be returned by your local store. You will need to contact 1-800-435-9237 for all PayPal returns.
Yes, you may add additional items to your order upon pick up.
In order to change the pick up location, you must cancel your order by calling the original store or 1-800-435-9237. Then you must re-place your order via online checkout or 1-800-435-9237.
