You may get a refund or exchange your purchase in store or online (30-day return or exchange privilege in our OUTLET stores, providing that the merchandise is in unaltered, as-purchased condition).
We guarantee the mounting for your diamond, sapphire, ruby or emerald against all defects in material or workmanship (excludes lab-created gemstones). We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. If your gold or jewelry becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Helzberg Diamonds will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge. Guarantee excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear.
We guarantee free replacement of your diamond, sapphire, ruby or emerald, if it is lost from its original mounting from normal wear (excludes lab created gemstones). To ensure this protection and for the Jewelry Guarantee to remain valid, Helzberg Diamonds must check your jewelry every six months and sign your inspection card. If it is determined that your jewelry is in need of repair, you must have your jewelry repaired by one of our representatives.
When you purchase a watch from us, we guarantee that it is brand new and free of any manufacturing defects. Should you decide this watch doesn't meet your needs, return it to us within 30 days of purchase, unworn, complete with the original packaging, manufacturer's warranty materials, any watch band links removed during sizing, and your sales receipt. We'll help you choose another watch to suit your needs, or refund your money.
Unlike other jewelry, watches contain delicate machinery and electronics. The manufacturer guarantees your watch to be free from manufacturing defects. A description of the repairs covered by the manufacturer of your watch are detailed in the enclosed warranty.
