Diamonds falling out?

I am very interested in this ring. The problem I have is that a lot of the reviews talk about the stones falling out. If this was just one review I wouldn't be concerned but it was several reviews that brought this issue up. If I buy this ring, what coverage do I have if this happens? We are an active couple with kids so I need to make sure the ring will hold up or at least be replaced/fixed if this happens. Also, the reviews commented that it happened several times to the same person, what happens if this is the case with us? Please get back with me asap, I need to pull the trigger immediately. Thanks

It has insurance (replacement) and you're supposed to take it in every six months to check that there's no loose stones. I recommend going into the jewelry store to talk to one of the sales reps, they will explain everything.

Diamond

At Helzberg Diamonds, we pride ourselves on having extremely strict standards for diamond quality - especially when it comes to the cut of our diamonds. We stand behind every diamond that goes into every piece of our jewelry, ensuring that it lives up to the standards we have upheld since 1915.

The best way to ensure that your diamond sparkles for a lifetime is to properly care for the stone. By either bringing your diamond jewelry into your local Helzberg Diamonds store for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection, or tending to your stone at home with a jewelry polishing cloth and warm water, you can help your diamond shine bright.
