Shopping for a last minute gift or want to keep it hush-hush? Order online and pick up your jewelry at your closest Helzberg store for free. Simply look for items with the “Pick Up In-Store” option and choose your preferred location at checkout.

Shopping for jewelry should be hassle-free. If, for any reason, you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 60 days from date of purchase (or 30 days for unworn watches, in like-new condition).
You can also take your purchase to your local Helzberg Diamonds store. If there is no Helzberg Diamonds store located near you, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase shipped back to us at no cost to you. Just call 1-800-435-9237 for instructions.

All sales of pre-owned merchandise, personalized/custom/engraved jewelry are final (sizing not included).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Helzberg Diamonds store locations cannot process PayPal returns. PayPal purchases must be returned through Helzberg.com via our free online return process.
Free outlet returns
Returns/exchanges for product purchased at a Helzberg Diamonds Outlet location will only be accepted at Helzberg Diamonds Outlet locations. Outlet jewelry exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, providing that the merchandise is in unaltered, as-purchased condition. Watch exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, if unworn (refer to Watch Assurance Plan).
