Shipping

We currently offer free expedited 2-day shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. now through February 12th at 12:00 p.m. EST. Need it faster? Select Express shipping at checkout.

We currently offer free ground shipping with purchases of $99 or more within the continental U.S. Need it faster? Select Expedited shipping or Express shipping at checkout.

Shipping Cutoffs

Orders placed after the specified dates and times below cannot be guaranteed for holiday arrival. Orders are subject to clearing credit authorization.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

All orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska require additional time to deliver, and will ship via standard delivery. These items cannot be guaranteed to a date and are not eligible for expedited or express delivery.

Delivery

Our delivery policies ensure your order is safe and worry-free:

  • We require a signature on all deliveries over $1000.
  • There is no reference to Helzberg Diamonds on the outer carton of your package.
  • You are welcome to use different billing and shipping addresses.

Pick-up in store

Shopping for a last minute gift or want to keep it hush-hush? Order online and pick up your jewelry at your closest Helzberg store for free. Simply look for items with the “Pick Up In-Store” option and choose your preferred location at checkout.

College students, military members, and first responders can receive additional discounts at Helzberg Diamonds. It’s just our small way of saying thanks.

Free online & in-store returns

Shopping for jewelry should be hassle-free. If, for any reason, you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 60 days from date of purchase (or 30 days for unworn watches, in like-new condition).

You can also take your purchase to your local Helzberg Diamonds store. If there is no Helzberg Diamonds store located near you, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase shipped back to us at no cost to you. Just call 1-800-435-9237 for instructions.

Exceptions and details:

  • All sales of pre-owned merchandise, personalized/custom/engraved jewelry are final (sizing not included).
  • Jewelry handled inappropriately, outside the care of Helzberg Diamonds.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If there is no Helzberg Diamonds store located near you, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase picked up at no cost to you. Just call 1-800-435-9237 for instructions.
  • Helzberg Diamonds store locations cannot process PayPal and Affirm returns. PayPal and Affirm purchases must be returned through Helzberg.com via our free online return process.

Free outlet returns

Returns/exchanges for product purchased at a Helzberg Diamonds Outlet location will only be accepted at Helzberg Diamonds Outlet locations. Outlet jewelry exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, providing that the merchandise is in unaltered, as-purchased condition. Watch exchanges and returns may be made within 30 days of purchase, if unworn (refer to Watch Assurance Plan).
