The Helzberg Diamonds Jewelry Guarantee is our promise to stand behind the quality of your jewelry purchase. If you find any defects within 12 months, we'll replace your jewelry. You can return your purchase in-store or online within 30 days for any reason, as long as the jewelry is unaltered.

We currently offer free standard shipping with purchases of $99 or more on all orders within the continental U.S. Need it faster? Select Expedited or Express shipping at checkout. For engagement orders and surprises, you can use separate billing and shipping addresses, too. To keep your order safe, we never mark packages as Helzberg Diamonds, and require a signature for orders over $1,000. We also ship to APO & FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

Shopping for jewelry should be hassle-free. If, for any reason, you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. You can also take your purchase to your local Helzberg Diamonds store. If there isn't a Helzberg Diamonds store located near you, we will gladly arrange to have your purchase shipped back to us at no cost to you.

Shopping for a last minute gift or want to keep it hush-hush? Order online and pick up your jewelry at your closest Helzberg store for free.

We have thousands of items available for free store pickup. Simply select Store Pickup option and choose your preferred location. We'll send you an email when your item is ready to be picked up. To protect your purchase, the person who placed the order must be the person who picks it up. When picking up your order please bring the following:

Your valid government ID
Form of payment used when the order was placed

Please allow extra time for items that require sizing or ship to store items. The available date will reflect the extra time needed.

In-Store Pickup Options

Shop with peace of mind. Our secure server ordering software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Your sensitive information is fully encrypted and safe.

We offer a variety of ways to find your ring size. The most reliable way is to visit a local Helzberg Diamonds store and get fitted on-site. If you're unable to make it in, you can order a free ring sizer in the mail. If you can't wait that long (and we get it—these rings are gorgeous), you can print our ring sizer PDF and measure either your finger or another ring that already fits.

You can either create an account, or check-out as a guest. Creating an account will allow you to see your order status, track your order, and help make your checkout faster on future purchases.

billing and taxes

Taxes are calculated at checkout and vary by state. When you shop online, we send the amount to the bank to make sure that the account is valid and the funds are available. We won't collect funds until the order has shipped, so the charge may show as “pending” at first.
