Shout out to Kat at Helzberg, New Market Square, Wichita , Ks., for her patience and excellent customer service today as I happily spent my husband's money. She didn't rush me at all. Love the girls there, Sheryl, who I followed from xyz store, Erica, Nat and the other ladies. Made a couple great purchases today, got all my questions answered and wasn't pressured. Pressure makes me walk. Never worry about it there. Love watching the ladies interact with other customers. Professionalism at its best! Thank you again, Kat, for everything! Appreciate the others that chatted with me, too. Great to see all of them working as a team.. That's what it's about

I have been going to this place for years. They have always been very helpful and kind. I’m especially fond of Cheryl & Kat. I made a call last evening and spoke with Kat and saw online a piece of jewelry that I would like to get for the next day and asked her to keep an eye on it to let her know that I’d be coming in the next day to buy it. She was very helpful and said that she would be very happy to put away the item for me if I would come in the next day when they opened so I could purchase the item. To me she’s the best and kind and helpful and a lovely person at heart. I look forward to seeing her today and giving her the business. Again, Helzberg is the best place to go in my opinion.

I cannot say enough about the caring service I received at the counter and the expertise of the jeweler at the N. Maize location. This was my first visit to this location. It was the quickest, best cleaning, best sizing, and best rhodium application I have received in 14 years!! I also loved that my ring never left the store while all of this was done.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kat was absolutely wonderful during our visit to Helzberg! She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my fiancé and me in finding the perfect wedding ring. Her knowledge and friendly attitudes made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. A couple weeks later, we received a $100 gift card in the mail, which was such a nice surprise. My fiancé took me back to the store, and I was able to pick out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings. Thanks to Kat and Kenn, this entire experience was not only smooth but also very special. Highly recommend Kat for anyone looking for quality service and beautiful jewelry!
