As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kat who spent my entire visit being attentive to what I was looking for. This was already the most important part because we had just been across at Kay and not one employee talked to us so we decided to check out Helzberg and thank goodness we did. Aside from the astounding customer service, the jewelry was also much better quality but HALF THE PRICE OF KAYS LAB MADE!!! Please go to Helzberg, you will not be disappointed in the selection.

My husband bought me my wedding ring back in 2017, and over the years I used to take it into Helzberg regularly to have it cleaned and maintained. Unfortunately, after COVID, I stopped going in as often. Recently, I started experiencing a wedding-ring rash, and while I was out shopping one day, I noticed Helzberg at New Market Square. I decided to stop in and explain what was going on, and I am SO glad I did! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was happening and why my finger was reacting, got my ring properly sized, renewed my protection plan, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I will always choose Helzberg before going anywhere else! 💍❤️ I especially want to give a huge thank-you to Charlie — you were so sweet and did an amazing job! Sheryl, thank you for making sure all of my needs were met and for taking the time to explain everything to me. And Natalie, thank you for helping me with my wish list! 🥰 You guys truly have an amazing team, and I genuinely appreciate the wonderful customer service I received today. Kat made it incredibly easy to find a bracelet for my husband. I went in with a vague description of what I wanted. My husband got a really cheap bracelet on a cruise that I wanted to replace. Kat was able to find one that resembles it quickly. She didn’t profile me or try to show me other options based off of what I was wearing, which I was afraid of. It was an amazing experience.
