We recently visited Helzberg Diamonds in NorthPark Mall, Davenport, IA in search of wedding and engagement rings. We were greeted by Joe Rodman. He gave us the best service I’ve ever received from a jeweler. Admittedly, Helzbergs was not our first stop. But after we saw that we would save $5k on our set here, we absolutely were sold. Coming to Helzberg was the best decision in our planning. 5 Stars. Definitely recommend. Would come here again and again for great customer service and the best deals.

I had an amazing experience at this jewelry store. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in finding the perfect necklace. Marcus and Franny were outstanding sales associates both were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to show me different options and gave great recommendations without any pressure. The customer service alone made this experience memorable, and I will definitely be returning.
