Easy walk towards the JCPenney entrance. walked in with some questions regarding our jewelry, interest, as well, as hoping to find a gift. Wes, the store manager helped us, and the service he gave us waa tentative, professional, and polite. We never once felt rushed, we got all of our questions answered in our needs met. Wonderful jewelry store in town!

Went to Helzberg in Peoria Illinois at the mall. Was helped by a sales associate name Tinia Martin. She was very helpful, she was patient because I didn't quite know what to purchase for my wife. Ms. Martin was very knowledgeable about the items she showed me and I end up purchasing 2 items because she help me find something nice but affordable. Great experience. If you ever go there you should ask for Ms. Martin

I had such a great Experience! Hannah, Jeeb and Mindy were such a huge help in designing my special piece!! I received the text my design was completed, and I rushed in ASAP!! OMG!!! I cried as soon as I saw it. Then when it was on my finger….absolutely perfect!! Thank you all for making this experience so memorable!!

They sold us fragile rings. His is scratched horribly and my prongs keep coming loose. I've taken it in for repairs 4 times in 2 years but they never hold up. I was supposed to get my ring back on Dec 31 and still no word. Last time I spoke with a rep he suggested I need to pay to have the band replaced even though a replacement is covered per our contract and repairs aren't resolving the issue. I'm careful with my ring and don't even wear it in the house but it just can't withstand any daily activities so it has no business being made. I am beyond devastated that we paid this much for these rings and I have nothing to show for it. It's been almost a month since I've been able to wear my wedding ring. I wouldn't mind if they just had a repair person on site so I dont have to go extended periods of time without my ring and wonder when I'll get it back, but every time it needs fixed it gets sent to who knows where. The only reason I gave more than 2 stars is because the manager at the store near us is kind and honestly tries his best to resolve the issue. But I'm really frustrated with literally never being able to wear my wedding ring, especially given the price. This is really really unacceptable. if not for the sentimental value I'd just pawn it and buy a new one from a different store, since it's clear Helzberg just took our money and doesn't care if they deliver the product or not. Heartbroken and angry beyond articulation.
