When you go into Helzberg you will be greeted by their very friendly staff that are willing to help you with everything! I went in to get an engagement ring and they did a great job at listening to what we wanted in a ring and helping us find the perfect ring! Yesterday I stopped by Helzberg Ridgedale - Minnetonka needing the caseback put back on my ladies Bulova wristwatch after I changed the battery. I asked the man with the friendly face behind the counter if he could do that for me, and he graciously agreed. Afterwards, I left the store with a sense of gratitude - such a positive experience. The next time I'm in the market for jewelry, my experience with Nicholas DiCenso, Assistant Manager of Helzberg Jewelry at Ridgedale will come to mind and I will make it my first stop. Small acts of kindness go a long way.

A few months ago, I came into Helzberg looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée!). She was involved in the process and showed the team a Pinterest photo of the style she loved. Helzberg was able to find options that were incredibly similar to her vision while staying within a very reasonable budget.
