We went to Helzberg to look at some of their jewelry options today and were greeted by Nick. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band at Helzberg previously and have always enjoyed working with them. Today Nick helped us as we were looking. He cleaned and inspected my ring. As we were there he also showed us my ring under the microscope which I haven’t seen before. I always love coming to the ridgedale Helzberg because I have never had a bad experience with the staff. I would also recommend coming here if you are looking for any type of jewelry because the will help you find just what you are looking for! - All 3 rings in the attached photo were perched from Helzberg

I bought my wife's ring back in 2017 from Helzberg, sold to me by her cousin Julie, who is still an employee with Helzberg. My initial experience buying the engagement ring and then our wedding band with Julie was fantastic start to finish! Thank you, Julie! I went today to the Rigedale location and was greeted immediately and welcomed in by Danny. I brought my old high-school silver Figaro style link chain I wore daily for years with the intention gifting it to my 16 year old son. After 20 plus years it needed a good cleaning, polishing and new split ring replaced. Danny was extremely helpful and cleaned it all up and replaced the split ring for me, Danny! Great work! Thank you! Thanks so much, Danny, Julie and Helzberg for such great service and experiences! We will be back when we need to upgrade jewelry for her and possibly a new chain for his graduation in 2 years. 😁 - Chris H
