We went to Helzberg to look at some of their jewelry options today and were greeted by Nick. We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band at Helzberg previously and have always enjoyed working with them. Today Nick helped us as we were looking. He cleaned and inspected my ring. As we were there he also showed us my ring under the microscope which I haven’t seen before. I always love coming to the ridgedale Helzberg because I have never had a bad experience with the staff. I would also recommend coming here if you are looking for any type of jewelry because the will help you find just what you are looking for! - All 3 rings in the attached photo were perched from Helzberg

I bought my wife's ring back in 2017 from Helzberg, sold to me by her cousin Julie, who is still an employee with Helzberg. My initial experience buying the engagement ring and then our wedding band with Julie was fantastic start to finish! Thank you, Julie! I went today to the Rigedale location and was greeted immediately and welcomed in by Danny. I brought my old high-school silver Figaro style link chain I wore daily for years with the intention gifting it to my 16 year old son. After 20 plus years it needed a good cleaning, polishing and new split ring replaced. Danny was extremely helpful and cleaned it all up and replaced the split ring for me, Danny! Great work! Thank you! Thanks so much, Danny, Julie and Helzberg for such great service and experiences! We will be back when we need to upgrade jewelry for her and possibly a new chain for his graduation in 2 years. 😁 - Chris H

Bought a bracelet and got it sized and the staff was very helpful and caring about me as a customer. I got to see my stones under the big light and they helped me put it on it and just did such an amazing job I'm definitely coming back and definitely recommend going to helzberg diamonds. I was helped by Lindsey Rederer her attitude was absolutely amazing and heartfelt warmth. I also originally was helped by Naomi as well, and she sold it to me and they won me as a customer. They are located in ridgedale shopping center!! Check em out.

This place is amazing for the first time I felt butterflies, the 4 carrot diamonds I got for my first Love really made me understand that finding the right place to purchase the ring is more important, why ? Of the wife isn’t happy then be aware of the bride. Ms. Sue and Alecia really are the go to to purchase any type of jewelry.. Love Reace and Monaca Holbrook 💙💙💙

Lindsey & Christi were AMAZING!! Lindsey was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. She notified me of the Wish List program and made me feel very confident in the custom design of my future new diamond baby! She’s very passionate as well, I appreciated the amazing customer service and I look forward to coming back. I kept the ladies after closing and they remained graceful. Lindsey even took time to clean my ring, she’s 8 months in and you’d think she has over a decade of experience. Thank you
