Sam helped us with every step. She was professional, helpful, kind, she listened to everything that I wanted and she was able to help me get exactly what I wanted. My custom ring came out better that I could’ve imagined and every employee was helpful, genuinely kind and listened to what I wanted. I went to so many other jewelry stores and they didn’t take me seriously or listen to what I wanted, they just wanted to make a sale or get me out of their hair if they didn’t think I would buy anything. Zona Rosa location is top notch! The customer service and professionalism they give is above and beyond. We had to wait a short time to be helped but was greeted right away when we walked in. They didnt rush us and were very helpful and friendly. I had the pleasure of doing business with Angel and a couple ladies that I dont remember thier names , but could point them out. Angel was very helpful when I picked up my ring at the liberty location and it wasn't what I wanted. The liberty location rushed me out the door wasn't very friendly. So I went back to Zona where I originally did business. Angel was very polite and helpful. My ring is absolutely beautiful and I had no trouble getting the ring I loved. I recommend Helzberg and the Zona location to anyone. I will be a returning customer for all my jewelry needs. Thank you all at Zona for being so patient and considerate to your customers. Much appreciated.

The team over at Helzberg is simply amazing! I remember stopping in later after Valentine's Day of 2023 as I proposed to my now wife on 2/13/23, we were assisted with picking out an engagement ring. We had also stopped by other places as well as browsed online, but we were glad to have stopped in at Helzberg. The team was very polite, not pushy-salesy, as some may say, and was truly helpful in helping my wife decide on a ring. Of course, overwhelmed by options in the store, one ring was decided on and ended up being customized to perfectly fit her finger and taste. About a year down the road with just a month before our wedding, we decided to look for our wedding bands (I know at the very last minute). Again, the team was very helpful and I had an amazing ring customized just the way that I had wanted! My wife went back and forth on rings but later found one that she really liked and it complimented the engagement ring perfectly! Given the short time-line for the wedding bands and the upcoming wedding on June 8, 2024, the team guaranteed that they will do everything that they can to ensure both rings will be ready for pickup very close if not the day before the wedding. From what I have gathered, there were a lot of hoops and even traveling involved for the Helzberg team to meet the short deadline window, but they did make it! Both rings looked amazing, too. Unfortunately during our honeymoon I lost my ring in the ocean in Jamaica :/ Once we made it back to the US, we later stopped by Helzberg again, this time at their spiffy new location to order another same ring for me. Of course, the ring customizations that I had really took time to get it to match 100% what I had ordered previously, but the team was able to get everything figured out. I am actually currently waiting for the ring to be ready, which I expect here soon, but with no intense deadline this time :) I REALLY want to thank the entire Helzberg team for all the help that they have done and keeping their word. I definitely want to give a shoutout to Corey as he really facilitated a lot of the logistics. Last thing to add -- I also purchased some earrings for my wife's birthday shortly after stopping in to order my wedding band again and she absolutely loved them! Thank you all again!
