Everytime we go into the store we are always acknowledged even if they are busy. We have bought several items from Helzberg and will continue to come back. Christina is the best thing to happen to that store. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will make sure your order is taken care of. Sam helped us with every step. She was professional, helpful, kind, she listened to everything that I wanted and she was able to help me get exactly what I wanted. My custom ring came out better that I could’ve imagined and every employee was helpful, genuinely kind and listened to what I wanted. I went to so many other jewelry stores and they didn’t take me seriously or listen to what I wanted, they just wanted to make a sale or get me out of their hair if they didn’t think I would buy anything. Helzberg wasn’t like that. I recommend Helzberg to everyone I talk to and I love showing off my ring. Helzberg will always have my business. Thank you for everything, Sam and the Helzberg team!
