Absolutely amazing staff and service! Shannon was THE BEST. She worked with us when we ran into a snag with our ring choice ( No fault of hers. It was on us), and she turned it all around with zero problems and a warm and helpful smile. She made me the happiest bride to be and an extremely satisfied customer!!! Highly recommend this Helzberg store!

I love Helzberg, but this location isn’t the one. Go to a different one. Early April I took in a ring and asked for a quote to get a ring repaired. When I asked how much it would be, I was told they have to send it out and someone would call me before any repairs were made. It is now mid July and I haven’t heard anything, and when I call.. no one answers.. I want my ring back but I’m not even sure if it’s there. This location is the closest location to me but it’s also over an hour away, which is why I haven’t just shown up yet. But I guess I’m going to just have to do that. -they called me right away, the repairs were under warranty so it didn’t show a price, which is why I didn’t receive a call about how much it would be before they did any work. Shannon delivered excellent service and made sure I was satisfied. Mistakes happen, I got my ring back plus some 💕 Shannon made sure Helzberg met expectations and more. These ladies made me cry in the most joyful way. Be back soon 😊
