The people here are amazing. Thank you Shannon and Ryan for helping us choose the perfect engagement ring and wedding ring! It snowed 8 inches in NC and we went to the park, immersed in the ice and snow...in our own winter wonderland ❄️. Lacey has always loved the snow since she was a little girl, and this was the perfect moment to propose. We got alone, where all you could hear is the muffled sound of snow hitting the trees, and I got down on one knee. She said yes, we both cried, and we took in the moment. The ring was beautiful, with the shine of the natural 1ct diamond complementing the white of the snow. The gallery was breathtaking, and the 14ky gold band popped amongst the ice. Lacey now looks at it everyday, with the same joy, love, and severance she had in the store that Ryan caught a month ago. It's a true testament to our love, and was worth every penny to see her smile. Thank you so much again for all you all did for making this happen, from explaining the nuances of diamonds to us, to working with pricing, to helping ensure that when we move to Bordeaux, Fr for a few years that we will be covered under the insurance. You all truly cared for us as patrons.

Absolutely amazing staff and service! Shannon was THE BEST. She worked with us when we ran into a snag with our ring choice ( No fault of hers. It was on us), and she turned it all around with zero problems and a warm and helpful smile. She made me the happiest bride to be and an extremely satisfied customer!!! Highly recommend this Helzberg store!

My cousin went to this Helzberg location to buy an engagement ring and had a great experience. I went with my boyfriend and we also had a fantastic experience! They made everything so easy and are able to alter the ring to exactly how I want it. We are so excited to pick it up in a couple weeks! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!
