Went today to get my ring cleaned/checked and find a new chin for my pendant, and Margaret and Bug took great care of me! They made a great team simultaneously handling me and other customers throughout my visit! Margaret made a great chain suggestion that I got (which I love), and she and Bug worked so well together, helping each other with some complex things, seamlessly helping person to person, making sure no one went unnoticed or unacknowledged. It was a great experience and they both were so professional! I don’t buy jewelry anywhere else because Helzberg is consistently a deliverer of not just great product but also great experiences, every. Single. Time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been searching for a ring. Went to multiple stores then found Helzberg! I told Kelly what I'd "maybe like" and she pulls out the PERFECT ring. To top it off it was on an amazing sale. Cass and Justin were great at helping us find something for my man. So, not only did I find the perfect ring, a pendant for my man, and we got a FREE PLAYSTATION 5! We will most definitely be back! Customer service was A1. Even with being as busy as they were they made sure we felt taken care of!!!

I came in on Sunday looking for a solution to my three piece ring set driving me nutty. I was helped by a gem (Get it? Gem? Sorry.) who got the ring thing straightened out, then told me no charge. She didn't rush me or put me off at all, even knowing she wasn't getting a sale. I'm impressed by that. I'll seriously remember it if im ever shopping for fancy jewelry!
