The customer service was outstanding at Helzberg! My Fiancé and I had a shipping mix up with a different company for our wedding bands a week before our wedding. I needed to get my ring repronged and I don’t live in the area so I was worried about getting back to pick it up. It wasn’t supposed to be ready the weekend I had planned to come down but the day I left for my trip they called and it was done early and I was able to pick it up! Very friendly and professional staff! I appreciated the texts to let me know the status of my repair!
