I bought a pair of earrings on layaway. I came to make a payment and they weren’t able to look my information up to accept the payment. I guess they never put my info in the system? Luckily I kept my receipt and just decided to come back another day. When I finally paid it off, they put the earrings in a bag and put it inside a paper box. This is a gift for my mother for Christmas and for the price I paid, I kind of expected something nicer. Like a ring box for earrings or something. The staff seems to care and want to help but some of their processes and procedures (and organization) could use some work.

Loved my experience at this store I walked in looking for an engagement ring. Need to emphasize looking! Was not even thinking about buying just yet! But after Allyssa and Kevin approached us and helped me find exactly what I wanted and I walked out with my ring!!
