We came in maybe about a week ago and had the pleasure of having Rebecca service us, I was kind of picky, wasn’t quite sure what I wanted or liked and she stood with us the entire time trying on many different styles and cuts. I liked two she showed us quite a bit! I took photos of them, giving them the test of time to see how much I liked them. We came in again tonight, she wasn’t there but we thankfully were helped by another gentleman there. He even congratulated us, we appreciated that a lot and was nice to hear. He was amazing as well, and helped us find a way that made both me and my fiancé content; even though we were probably a bit of a pain both times we were there I’m sure. There were both amazing and very useful! Also the woman I had a conversation with about the dagger necklace, as well as the gentleman who does the polishing and such there this evening was very pleasant, and made the trip even better! I have only good things to say about my interactions there. Thank you to all of you for being amazing!!

HELZBERG diamonds is a real find. Had i not been mall crawling in the dead of Tucson heat, I may not have stumbled into this lovely store. I was looking for a station necklace with small diamonds and a sterling silver chain. I went to every jewelry store in the Tucson Mall and no one could accommodate me except Helzberg. We summer in flagstaff and I also walked around the Flagstaff mall and couldn't find the diamond station necklace. Even Macy's couldn't help me. Not only was the final product beautiful but it was very inexpensive, given that the chain was sterling silver and the small diamonds were real. I suggest going to Helzberg diamonds in the Tucson Mall. As a community we should support the local businesses in the mall.

I love this store! My wedding ring and band got lost in the Texas hurricane and they made it super easy to get it everything fixed. I was able to upgrade a little. I was give many options but that’s what I chose. Manage is one of the sweetest and caring manager I’ve ever had contact with.

My fiance and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring. I am so glad we ran into Victor. He guided us through the process of designing our own ring. Much to our surprise it was easy, less expensive than the ready to wear rings and exactly what we wanted. We will be coming to work with Victor for all our jewelry purchases going forward.
