I was deeply saddened when I had to cut my wedding set off my finger due to swelling and arthritis in my knuckles. When we went to Helzberg in the Park Place Mall on Christmas Eve day, I was planning on just replacing it with an Anniversary band. Ben was amazing! He started showing us anniversary bands and was patient and understanding. His personal and genuinely caring attention was comforting and what I needed from what had turned out to be a rough week before Christmas. While looking through various bands, one wedding set caught my eye, and when I tried it on, it was the right one! Ben resized my finger and got us all set up for everything we needed. He went above and beyond and his expertise was reassuring. Once again, since the first wedding set we picked out from Helzberg 33 years ago, we were taken care of with the utmost kind and knowledgeable service. Thank you! We will always be Helzberg customers. ❤️

Hayden at Helzberg had a lovely, calming energy that was really helpful on Black Friday! I told him what I was looking for, and he was super sweet when I went and checked out a competitor across the way. I totally came back, though, and glad I did! Got this gorgeous bracelet for my daughter, and Hayden made the experience memory-worthy. 🎄🌟
