As a first time buyer of jewelry for my girlfriend, I went to every single place in the Park Place mall that might sell necklaces with diamonds. I went in to a few of the places asking to see items I had found interesting online. Some places didn’t have stock, some places didn’t have diamonds, some places didn’t have helpful/interested employees, and some places were just plain ridiculous in pricing. Shoutout to Aiislen at Helzberg in the Park Place mall for how great a job she did. She addressed me immediately, upheld a professional and respectful environment, and was very knowledgeable. She was more concerned about helping me figure out what my girlfriend would love than how she could benefit from the situation which is a huge plus for me. She helped me figure out the appropriate size necklace for my girlfriend based off a picture, was very respectful of my relationship, and was very relatable as in open to small talk versus being all business. She always maintained a positive attitude and helped make sure every detail from price to the way the jewelry was presented in the box. Big thank you to her, my girlfriend loved the necklace and I would definitely recommend Aiislen at Helzberg to friends and family.

Being a watch guy (watch enthusiast with over 30 watches from Tag, Citizen, to various smart watches) I am like a Dragon when I see a new watch that I have never seen before. Many of the watches I own or the jewelry my wife has, have come from me randomly walking into a jewelry store just browsing casually. When I find staff busy I generally don't bother anyone for help, however, when I do see available staff seeming to be more concern with what appears to be an inventory count, checking their phones w/ no customer in front of them or simply chatting w/ coworkers, I often just smile and move on. This has happened here on more than 1 occurrence, and my last visit was no different. Sadly, I saw a Citizen watch that I ended up just ordering g from Citizen's website, rather than this retailer. Now, these experiences are not enough for me to dismantle a place in my review, just not earning my 5 stars at the moment. Incredible inventory. Large selection, well laid out. Maybe one day , who knows, they may offer to genuinely help me and I buy another item from them. Yes, I have purchased from Helzberg in the past, just not this exact location.

Let start at the top. This is my, and my wife’s, 3rd trip into this Helzberg. On this trip in we had a vision, a silver watch with a green face and a silver or brown leather band. Blake was the first on the job, he approached like a true professional, listening to both my, and my wife's, tastes preferences and skillfully selected Watches to match the criteria. I will add that not one time did he select a watch with the intent to sell to us that didn’t match the criteria just for the purpose of up-selling us. An excellent experience. After landing on a Tissot PRX with Blake, we were passed off to Aiden, who helped us with the tedious process of selecting a chain or bracelet! We have worked with Aiden before and every time has been both a fun and pressure-free experience. We spent awhile trying on chains and bracelets and had a great time while doing it! (Pressure or upselling free) 10 out of 5 stars and this Helzberg will continue to be our go to jewelry store! Aiden and Blake are legends both with great taste! (References Below)

✨ 5 Stars for Hayden! ✨ Hayden was absolutely incredible in helping us pick out our wedding rings! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly taken care of. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for—guiding us through every step with care and honesty. What could’ve felt overwhelming ended up being such a fun and memorable experience thanks to him. We left with rings we’re absolutely obsessed with and hearts full of gratitude.
