My original wedding rings were from Helzberg as well and we’ve always had great experiences there so we decided to return. We worked with Ashley from start to finish and she was amazing from the beginning. She made sure to answer every single question I had and she helped me find the perfect ring to match my style and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I wasn’t willing to purchase just ANY ring either, it had to be THE ONE and she even ordered me the exact one I had in mind. This girl went above and beyond to make sure that I was perfectly satisfied with my choice and I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything else!
