Helzberg did a wonderful job repairing my ring. It came back good as new and was very clean and sparkly. The only downside was their communication. I was originally told my repair would only take 2-3 weeks tops and that I would get a call with my quote, then they would call me when it was ready for pick up. They called me once (I missed the call) regarding my quote but I missed it and they didn’t leave a voicemail (the caller ID also did not say Helzberg). I then had to call a few weeks later to check for a status on my repair. I was told the ring had been done for a couple of days and was ready for pick up. They never called me to have it picked up and the woman on the phone admitted that she did not see that any store representative called me. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. Their customer communication needs great improvement.

Haylee is the best here!! I brought my rings in to be cleaned and I have never seen them sparkle and shine as good as she made them!!! She is super sweet and very helpful!!! Always has a smile on her face!!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!
