I had an amazing experience at Helzberg Diamonds in North town mall when my ring broke, and I was unsure about the warranty process. This was my first time buying a ring, and I didn’t realize how important it was to get it inspected. Thankfully, I was helped by a wonderful associate named Youa. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient, and she didn’t make me feel bad at all for not knowing the warranty requirements. She went above and beyond to repair my ring and reinstated my warranty, saving me from a stressful situation. I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service and the way she made the whole process smooth and easy. I’m beyond grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of great service and support!
