I had the best experience at the West County location because of Shadondra. I have always gone to a different location for inspections and repairs since it was closer than the West County location and I always dreaded going to the other location. My ring repairs had been botched by helzberg in the past so I did not have high hopes when I had to take my ring in for the most recent repair. Shadondra was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure we got my ring repaired correctly and made it look beautiful again. We looked at it under the microscope so we could see everything in detail that needed fixed on it. When I came in for pickup I was so happy that it was repaired better than it had ever been before. We once again looked at it under the microscope so I could see the metal was no longer cracked and my prongs were rebuilt nicely. Shadondra was attentive and showed she really cared about making my experience a positive one. Thank you for a great experience.

Sharonda Williams not only cleaned and inspected my jewelry but my experience with her was uplifting, both spiritually, and physically, as we shared our personal experiences of losing our mothers in the last few months.
