Julie has been our jeweler for over 16 years and we drive 2 hours (one way) just to see her when we visit Helzberg. Sure there are closer stores, but you will not find a better person when it comes to giving your life a little extra “sparkle “. Helzberg has been fantastic to us over the years and we have never had any issues or complaints. This is the only store, and Julie is the only person, our family buys from. 100% would recommend!

Julie and Brenda went over and beyond to find the necklace I wanted. I was in search for a specific diamond cross necklace and though they didn’t have it in their store, they knew exactly what I was looking for and started searching to find it. They texted me shortly after and said they could get it made for me! And that’s exactly what they did. It is beautiful and everything I hoped for. In addition, I have purchased diamond earrings for two of my granddaughters in the past and have always received quality diamonds and excellent service. Helzberg Diamonds is and will continue to be my go to for all of my jewelry wants and needs. Thank you Julie and Brenda for going over and beyond! It sure made my heart happy. Y’all are the best! ❤️

Amazing Customer Service!!! I love my Helzberg associates and manager! I stopped in to have my necklace cleaned and left with a new account and a gorgeous ring to replace my wedding bands. I purchased the Care (insurance) and the following week, knocked a diamond out at my job. The staff was so kind and helpful, and replaced it immediately. I highly recommend!
