Absolutely amazing! My husband purchased my ring from here three years ago and I needed a repair recently and they treated me amazing, even with me living in Nevada and having to ship it to Nebraska! They repaired my ring perfectly and even changed the size for me with no extra cost. Kristin bell would text me back even on her days off and let me know all the updates about my ring, and was so perfect and helpful. Truly the best jewelry store, and the only one I will ever buy from!

Sadly, I recently lost my wedding ring in a river and was devastated. I wandered into Helzberg at Oakview Mall while shopping for something else, expecting to only browse. Jessica presented me with several options and ended up helping me find the perfect replacement set within our budget. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and not pushy.
