As a returning customer, I am always enlightened when visiting Helzberg at Baybrook Mall. This is my third purchase at this store. My first purchase was from the store manager Reyna. Working offshore and trying to find that perfect ring over the phone, Reyna went well above and beyond the call of duty. Reyna worked and researched on what I was looking for and what she had and could do for me. I was not disappointed and left the store with a satisfaction of gratitude. Both me and my wife are still smiling almost three years later. Today while getting my wife’s ring inspected, we had a new sales person greet us and before we knew it, we were purchasing a new men’s wedding band for myself. This was by far not on my list of things to do for the year. Luna, as I later found out is the newest member of the staff. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I could not help but buy myself this new wedding band. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. They all work very well together, great teamwork! Very professional, knowledgeable and most important, always wearing a smile. Keep up the great work, I will continue coming back and sharing my experiences with anyone looking for jewelry. Went yesterday, 05/03/2025 to get an old pair of earrings reposted and the jeweler who helped us was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. My husband ended up purchasing me a new set. This is our go to store. My earrings, engagement ring, band and necklace are from them. She made the experience amazing. Thank you for selling me my martini post diamond earrings and cleaning all my jewelry while I was there. The earrings look amazing and I walked out sparkling ✨️
