Rochelle and Joe the jeweler went above and beyond for my husband and I A little history about my ring first before you understand why It meant so much to me and what they did the history: my grandma fled from Germany during World War II. She married three GIs to come to this country and this wedding band went with her through the plain yards ..getting shrapnel her stomach ..you name it .. so this is a pretty historical and sentimental piece for me upon them meeting with us. They reassured me that they would take good care of my ring. I asked to meet with the jeweler Joe, who normally doesn’t meet with people I’ve heard, but upon hearing the story and seeing how distraught I was that it would be out for two weeks. He made it happen and fixed the shank which was discovered to be broken and the prongs to be refinished because they were 60 years plus of wear and tear and believe me I was shedding tears. He could’ve waited the two weeks but he didn’t. He understood that this was a very meaningful and special peace. I will say that Rochelle did calm. My fears a lot gave us water sat with me told me everything that I needed to hear to feel safe that my very special ring was safe . and Joel having the heart that he did decided to get it done in less than 24 hours for me so that I could be reunited with my ring. There’s not a lot of people like that in this world and it was a huge blessing. He restored my faith in humanity and so did Rochelle and they will have our business for the rest of our jewelry buying for years to come Joe and Rochelle deserve a huge pay raise and Joe was able to bring my grandma‘s ring back to life to where it was when she purchased it using only my gold that was in the ring. Thank you 1 million times over Joe and Rochelle from Helzberg for understanding the call that was needed and answering that call without you guys Helzberg would be a bleak place. You guys make it every bit of amazing and reassuring to people like myself who have PTSD and trauma thank you for going above and beyond for fixing my ring and listening to the stories that I shared with you about the ring Joe you’re an amazing angel and so are you Rochelle and I hope that this reaches corporate because there’s videos of Joe and I with the ring

I continue to have great experiences here. I love both the jewelry and the staff! A special shoutout to Rochelle, who went above and beyond by taking the time to help me with warranty questions even after she had already clocked out for the evening. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to complete a successful exchange. Rochelle and Ryan were both fantastic in helping me get the best value and find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with a gorgeous new pair of earrings, and Rochelle even helped me choose them based on my face shape. She cleaned them up perfectly before I left, so I walked out looking as good as I felt. Exceptional customer service and a wonderful shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I feel like she took in all mixed ideas and sorted my ideas, made good suggestions, encouraged me to try on a bunch of options to narrow down what I do and don’t like. Helzberg is the absolute best. I worked with a small team to make my custom engagement ring with my fiancé.
