My boyfriend & I went to the mall just to look and get an idea of what i want for an engagement ring. Never heard of this store before we just walked in. Customer service from Lina was so friendly, answered all our questions & even gave us information we didn’t know about rings. I tried on rings and told them we will think bout it. Went to different stores and took the knowledge she gave us & applied it to other stores while looking. other stores didn’t compare to the same customer service we had with Lina. Others seemed like they got upset when we said we will think bout it. Other stores had a price tag that said one price and once we asked about it they would say “for you this price” I wasn’t a fan of that only because what’s the real price ? We went to the mall Friday & Saturday just doing our research since it’s a very big purchase…Finally on Sunday we bought rings that I could t stop thinking bout once I left on Friday. I fell in love with such a beautiful ring. Lina & Miguel both helped us on Sunday & their attitudes were so great & they were nice vibes. For being our first time looking at rings didn’t know where to start they made this experience such a nice one. We will recommend this place to family & friends. And it was a win for my 7year old son too because they had a promotion when you buy a certain amount you get a free ps5. Everyone walked out so happy that day.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Helzberg in Moreno Valley! From the moment I stepped in, Keri and Dalia were so welcoming and attentive. They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking their time to help me find the perfect engagement ring upgrade without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciated their patience and support throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Lina and Miguel were absolutely amazing. I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops I've been to they just don't exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. Thanks! I will be back!

Lina Meulstee @ the Moreno Valley went above and beyond to help me in my time of need! I lost the main diamond in my Wedding ring and went in to see how much it was going to be to replace it just to be told I might as well purchase another ring because it was going to be very pricy to replace it. That’s when Lina saw me crying because I didn’t want another ring due to the sentimental value of my Wedding ring. With her expertise and professionalism, she was able to find an alternative solution. I was also able to get the ring resized and it looks brand new! She even made it special by telling my Husband to put it back on my finger when we picked it up!! I can’t thank her enough for helping us and if I could I’d give her more the 5 stars!!
