The staff here are amazing! We bought two pairs of earrings and were very pleased with the quality and service! Sarah and Berrin were amazing help! We went in looking for earrings to match two necklaces that were gifts and we found the perfect matches! The selections were plentiful as we had looked at so many stores before coming here and were able to find just what we wanted. The quality of the stones and the prices were just wonderful. The service was also wonderful. Both ladies went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted a price better than we had hoped for! They did not rush us and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. The diamond warranty is also a great deal to protect the jewelry. Would highly recommend them and will be back for our next jewelry need!

The staff was warm and friendly towards my mom, the location did not have what she wanted in the store. However, they were able to order it. The Moore location did not think to place the order and to be honest I wish they did. However, this location was very accommodating and I'm glad that my mother was satisfied with the service and ordering the ring she wanted. The SA was great as the supervisor that was there was nice as well. Thank you both for your assistance. 💎💎💎

The place is really good, the only problem is the crew, I am a client for 9 years, I dont wear fancy clothes and when a young employee see you on "cheap clothes" the treatment unfortunately is different.
