Love, love, LOVE the service we received here! Bailey was absolutely the perfect person to help us choose our forever ring. I got a ring as a gift when I was younger from a grandparent and it came with a lifetime care plan. I hadn’t activated until just recently and the staff were very understanding and supportive. They got me all set up for reminders and they even helped me get it in to be resized. They took great care of it while it was being resized. And took time to talk to me and make sure I was satisfied. Big thank you to Ashley B., Brandee B., and Bailey B. for being extremely friendly, supportive, and providing my jewelry with the best care.

Went in to get my ring inspected and cleaned. Brandee and Mary were working, super nice and friendly. Chatted with me about my plans for the day and told them I was getting married in June after they said I was due in April for an inspection again. They said I can get my ring cleaned anytime no matter what anyways and they’d be happy to clean it again before I get married. Very great customer service and I’m happy with my experience!

I came to Helzberg Diamonds as I was told by an associate at Roger’s & Holland’s (where I had previously purchased a watch there) that they do not change batteries on watches & do not do any link adjustments - being a watch store?!! When I went across to Helzberg Diamond store - I was very pleasantly surprised & impressed with the prompt, kind & timely assistance the lovely service associates at the store provided in just 15 minutes & both my watches were done promptly. This store is purely a jewelry store which does not carry any watches & yet they were the ones to help me out unbegrudgingly! So if you are looking for timely & efficient assistance with no strings attached - look no further !!
