The sessions was split into two. Due to a time crunch - Yesterday was looking around the mall for the intention to look for an engagement ring for me and possibly a ring for my boyfriend too. We was greeted by Nate the first round then circled back to Helzberg the second time and was greeted by Lorie. Since we was dissatisfied with the other jewellers. It was clear we was nervous and clueless but Lorie kindly pointed us to the right direction. Lorie was super sweet, connected well and was pleasant to talk to. Not just feeling like a customer but bonded and got a hug out of her during the short time we had ❤️ She showed me many rings which i all love and was super accommodating. After sleeping on the decision, and deciding - today we went in and Nate helped with the second session. It was very smooth and Nate made the process very easy. Super accommodating and told us everything we needed to know. I highly recommend Nate as he was super professional Very pleasant experience and do see myself coming again soon for the engraving and any general future jewellery. Hope to see Nate and Lorie next time, thank you ❤️
