Megan and Nate were very helpful! I dont know anything about rings and they made the process comfortable and easy for me and my partner. They also eased my partner's nerves about being able to still surprise me.

The diamond fell out of my wedding ring (which I found) and I was distraught as this specific style of ring has a difficult design and has been in the "shop" more then I would prefer. I came to my local store and I was in tears, angry and frustrated. The manager, Megan, took care of me, spoke to me kindly and did all the right things to get the situation taken care of. She let me know I wasn't in this alone, she would make sure it got fixed and got fixed right and that she would be involved in every step. She was truly amazing and I left there feeling confident and settled. She went above and beyond and is an amazing manager and employee!
