Love this store! It was around my birthday week and my husband took me to the mall to shop for a set of diamond earrings and necklace. The first store we went to was KAY’s and soon as we walked in, the vibe felt different. The associate was casually sitting and on his phone and barely acknowledged us. When we asked questions he had a very dismissive demeanor so I told my husband for us to just leave the store. We then made our way to HELZBERG and soon as we stepped foot into their store, we were greeted by associates with a smile on their face. They were all very helpful, especially Joanna Hoffman. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I never felt rushed and definitely left the store very happy. My husband and I were very delighted with how she treated us from start to finish and we will definitely come back to this store for future purchases because of her.

Melissa explained the ring and diamond specs plus helped with checkout. She is also nice and helpful! I recommend this store to anyone looking for their next jewelry purchase! Pictured is a 14k yellow gold halo ring with a 1.54 oval diamond center (D color). I'm a ring size 7.
