After going to other stores we noticed two things: the enhancers at other stores didn't match what I really wanted but also the top tier customer service we received from Jairo and Irina was and is unmatched. I have worked and managed employees in customer service, and let me tell you this: Jairo and Irina are the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I have purchased multiple rings and one pair of earrings from this location. I was driving today and noticed that one of diamonds on my anniversary ring was missing. I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it. He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK. You don’t know how relieved I was to hear this. My ring is going to be fixed and made whole again. Thank you so much Mr. Jairo and to the manager. You made my day, week, month and several years. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Jairo !!!
