I had a great experience with Helzberg and Rhagu and Sabrina! They were both so patient with me as we searched for almost 6 months for the perfect setting and perfect stone. They even worked with their custom design team to help to achieve my goal! Ultimately, with their guidance, I went with a custom design from the ring builder. Both Rhagu and Sabrina were very knowledgeable about their products, willing to listen to my feedback and worked diligently to reach the finish line on a well crafted and meticulously thought out ring. I’m in love!
