We financed a unique bridal set from a location in Northern Colorado, although we live here in Central Texas. We were able to get the rings resized and cleaned per the warranty plan and the work done was perfect! Not only that, but the service was professional and kind at both locations. Helzberg treats their customers well!

Love this store and their jewelry, but it’s a lot higher priced than online and they don’t price match. Ended up spending $150 extra on a necklace just for buying it in store. So be mindful of that!
