I really enjoyed my experience with Claire today. I was looking for a new chain for my husband’s pendant necklace for our anniversary. I was greeted before the door closed behind me. I don’t know why I feel like because of how I look (young and tattooed) that no one would take me seriously or care about my small purchase, but I felt like I wasn’t judged at all, I wasn’t pressured into making bigger purchases, I was shown many options. She moved the pendant from the old chain to the new one, and polished it for me, along with my own wedding ring, which was a nice bonus. She boxed it up in a nice case and she was very nice and personable. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I would definitely bring my business here again.
