The moment my fiancé chose Helzberg Diamonds at Park Meadows for my engagement ring, we were hooked. There are a million reasons to go to a jewelry store after the initial engagement, so look no further—choose this one! From ring shopping to fittings, cleanings, wedding jewelry, and even just-because shopping (because you deserve it!), the team here is exceptional. Tiffany even told me about a wedding dress shop she’d heard of, and that ended up being the place I found my dress. Like I said—amazing! We laughed, shared photos, and always had a great time every visit. They helped me pick out my wedding necklace and designed my husband’s ring. You will not be disappointed when you visit this store. Shannon @ the Park Meadows Mall location could not have been more helpful! From the moment we walked in she was so attentive to our needs, helpful with many items, and had a ton of knowledge regarding everything! We walked in with minor intentions and left with an amazing piece! The jeweler on site was able to size within an hour, they text and called to notify when it was ready. The other staff members were all attentive too! You can tell they are a team and a good one! Helzberg has been wonderful with any warranty issues and we are impressed! We once had a diamond inspected elsewhere and were told the quality of the stone was superb! We are loyal repeat customers and continually are proven why!
