Thelma and Luis were the absolute most helpful staff of Herbert Diamond. Themla was super helpful by putting on my engagement ring on and showing me what it would look like multiple different options. Once you’ve looks at so many they all start to look the same: Luis cleaned my engagement ring (not bought from there) they both were not pushy or salesy and super patient with me.
