Shopped here. Couldn’t find what I was looking for but a great attentive employee named Lubna was there to help me and show me all the different varieties of jewelry there is to offer. She was outstanding, outgoing friendly and very knowledgeable in her work. If I were to come back, I know who to go to for help because she makes the shopping experience better for me and others.

I stopped by with intention on purchasing a specific watch that I can’t seem to find in store anywhere- Helzberg didn’t have that one either, however they had a great inventory of other watches, and one that I just couldn’t leave without! I tried it on, it was larger than what my wrist fits, and without me even asking, Lubna offered to remove some links for me. While that is pretty standard for jewelers, what stood out to me was her friendliness, customer service, and charisma through the entire interaction! The price out the door was less than planned for, the service was tremendous, and I’ve since returned with other watches of mine to get resized! I cannot recommend this store enough!
