My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds. We recently bought his ring, and Leo and Thelma made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. As soon as we walked in, Leo greeted us with a positive and respectful attitude. He immediately offered help and answered all of our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. Thelma was incredibly sweet and accommodating as well, making us feel comfortable the whole time. Overall, it was a genuinely lovely experience—especially for it being our first time shopping in an environment like this. We’re so grateful for the kindness and guidance we received. Thelma is the absolute sweetest!
