we bought my engagement ring here in 2024 and have been coming back every six months for the inspection. each time it has been quick, easy, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. i went in yesterday for my inspection and had a lovely conversation with Nancy C as she cleaned/ inspected my ring. usually going to get my ring inspected is just a chore on my list for the day, but I really enjoyed the experience yesterday! thanks Nancy! :)

I love the new manager, Josh! I came in to purchase something for my birthday. I really had no idea what I wanted. Josh showed me some bracelets and I ended up buying two! I also met Cam, a new employee. What a nice guy! He cleaned my rings while I was looking at the bracelets. Both guys were so friendly!
