This place is an 11/10! Kelly Yang was amazing! I needed an engagement ring with specific shape and style with little time. When I told her, she went straight to work! There were many designs a diamonds to choose from, and Kelly was there every step of the way. My now fiancée loves every single part of the ring and is always proud to show off the design! I highly recommend this place and my fiancée and I decided to get our wedding bands from here. Again thank you to Kelly and her team who was there that day who helped me! I also wanted to shout out Susan who also welcomed me to the store with open arms and helped as well!

I love HELTZBERG Jewelry Store. Their in store employees and customer service is exemplary. However, I spoke with a very strange guy when I recently reopened my credit 💳 card account. I was pre-approved and then approved for $3500, which is fine for me. Your bank is Coventry I believe in Ohio and repairs are done in St. Louis, MO. The rep insisted (while smacking and eating in my ear 👂🌽 mind you). He was African employed as a third party vendor rep from (Nigeria, Nairobi or Ghana) Africa said he had meat 🍖 stuck in his teeth 🪥 and had been out the night before using drugs and partying 🥳🎉 😨😳 then my credit score went DOWN 👇 4 POINTS, but said Congratulations 👏 your credit score just went UP...... 🤔 HELP! PLEASE 🥺 INVESTIGATE THAT 🔩🥜. My banker told me not 🚫 to send him my driver's license again, since we sent a clear copy of it twice in the store, nor my checking or any other information since there has been another huge Data breach with mortgage 😕 lenders, big law firms and Comcast has been fine, again within the last week for data compromises and breaches as well as others. Basically, your banks😉🏦🏦🏦🏧 are not called Bread 🍞😔. That's what both on phone reps called it and HELTZBERG's credit department. Please send my new credit card, ASAP 🙏🤲❤️. Many thanks.
