I should have wrote this a long time ago, but it’s still worth saying. To answer some questions outright: their jewelry is beautiful and they have something for everyone. But you must wonder, “How will I find the best thing for myself or my partner?”, “I don’t know about rings or jewelry, but I must find something of quality, so what do I do?” Ask for Glenn. Are you looking for professional advice? He’s got it. Are you looking for someone you can trust? He is there for you, not himself, and is a straight forward no BS guy. He’s very nice and personable, he will treat you like a friend - a confidant in the confusing world of jewelry and rings. These things and more reflect Glenn’s professionalism and work ethic, but also his character. Earlier this year Glenn spent weeks trying to help myself and my fiancé to be find the perfect ring. We were difficult to say the least, and he still supported us however we could. I felt like I could rely on him, which I haven’t ever said and may never say again. So if you need something special, for your special someone, get it from Glenn. I apologize for taking so long for the review buddy!

Good selection and great prices, I bought a diamond tennis bracelet and some earrings here. Friendly staff and it was a pretty easy purchase experience. I’d recommend this store if you’re jewelry shopping and you want to shop locally.

Glenn and Shalin were absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler. With over 18 years of experience I gained a lot of knowledge. I walked in having no idea what to get, and he guided me through everything with patience, honesty, and real expertise. He took the time to understand what I wanted (even when I couldn’t explain it), showed me options that made sense, and never made me feel pressured. The final piece turned out perfect — better than I imagined. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping you make the right choice, this is the jeweler you want. Highly recommend!

Me and my finance have been satisfied customers for closer to 5 years with Helzberg now. Me and my fiancé have always had a pleasant experience when coming in to discuss upgrade options or basic questions about our jewelry. This recent visit with Mikki was extra special. Mikki took time to discuss different options of upgrades for my wedding band and help us get pointed in the right direction. She was very considerate patient and helpful. She went above and beyond to look into other stores inventory to find just the right band we were looking for. What she found was more than we expected, and thought was possible with our budget. This jewelry store is a must visit!
