I had an amazing experience at Helzberg Diamonds, the Mall location in Buford, GA. I wish that I could give 10 stars. I can't say enough great things about the staff: Jim, Courtney, Abbie, and Erika. The customer service was beyond what I could have ever imagined. It wasn't just a job to them; it felt more like old-time friends helping me pick out the kind of jewelry I really wanted, and that complimented me. The professionalism, atmosphere, and words of encouragement from the staff made me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation! Previously, I purchased a necklace and earrings at Helzberg Diamonds in Haywood Mall, Greenville, SC. The service at this location did not compare to the Helzberg Bufford, GA, location; the jewelry setup there made it so easy to find what I was looking for. I am forever grateful to the staff. Thank you, Jim, Courtney, Abbie, and Erika, for being so kind and for all the laughter! It meant a lot and brightened my day! 😊

I've shopped at this location for almost 15 years and have had many good experiences. Everyone is kind and helpful, the pieces are available and you can always work within your budget. There isn't pressure to buy either. The last year+, Jim has been an asset to me as I make selections. He's very knowledgeable of products and always in a great mood to chat with. Courtney has also been wonderful to shop with. Both of them are attentive and make great suggestions. I'm happy doing business here and encourage others to drop by.

Update: I had to come back to update my review. The manager, Jim was finally back at this location and helped me out! Jim greeted my husband and I soon as we walked in the store. Thank you Jim for your outstanding customer service! 1/11/2026 If I could give this specific location 0 stars I would. This location lacks customer service and needs to find more employees who know how to engage with customers.
