His ability to [mention specific qualities, e.g., remain calm under pressure and providing exceptional product knowledge, has been truly impressive. Update: I had to come back to update my review. The manager, Jim was finally back at this location and helped me out! Jim greeted my husband and I soon as we walked in the store. Thank you Jim for your outstanding customer service! 1/11/2026 If I could give this specific location 0 stars I would. This location lacks customer service and needs to find more employees who know how to engage with customers.
