Ask for Sparks! I didn't know what I was looking for and had little to no knowledge about what was what and how to proceed. Sparks took so much extra time to educate me on the entire process, what is what and stayed in contact with me the entire process. I truly could not have got such a perfect ring. The communication was huge! We went back and forth a lot and he provided me tons of options and explained them all expertly.
