There was an error and a lot of confusion and difficulty in my monthly payments. I had items covered a promotional offer and others that were not. I called on the phone, but the employee on the phone did not help me, and kept insinuating that I simply had to accept it. She finally gave me weird excuses for why they couldn't help and sent me to the store instead. At the store I learned what they could've done. Luckily Christina G. cleared everything up and helped me. She was was patient and friendly and never made me feel bad about the hassel. I recommend shopping in person at this store, their customer service is exceptional.

I needed to get some measurements of my engagement ring, and Madeline was very helpful! I didn't purchase the ring there, but they were still able to help. I called beforehand as well, during both interactions, she was very kind and attentive. She also offered to clean my ring. Thank you for the great customer service!

We really wanted to work with John Thomas Jewelers and communicated our ring requests & requirements. Quite a bit of "back & forth" texting as JT stated they were awaiting "response" from Lashbrook on the design I created for my ring This was over a 2 month time frame. Without any further communication from JT, we went to Helzberg Diamonds, worked with Christina, selected an emerald-cut stone, incredibly breathtaking setting and my future Wife is already wearing it, all within 48 hours! Christina is working with Lashbrook on my custom ring and is keeping me abreast of her communication with them. If you're looking for a Jeweler that is motivated, professional and great to work with, go to Helzberg Diamonds, work with Christina, she's fantastic!

Awesome experience here! We were helped by Nixolas who was very knowledgable and was able to help me in finding a necklace that fit my tastes. He was very friendly and didn’t pressure us, which I appreciated immensely. I love my new necklace and would definitely recommend this location, and especially Nixolas.
