Morgan and her team are always kind, professional, and welcoming whenever we come in for our six-month ring inspections and cleanings. Autumn was incredible! So kind and patient with me and the only reason I needed up buying some items. This was my first time at the Concord location and I will be back! Love Helzberg! She even found that one of my rings was missing some stones and took care of it for me. I Highly recommend getting the lifetime care plan with all of your purchases!

I came in to get my bracelet and ring inspected and Autumn was amazing! She inspected my bracelet and informed me it was missing a diamond and she sent it out for repair. Thank you so much for all your help, Autumn! I had no idea I was missing a stone. So glad I came in to the inspection.

I would like to say an amazing thank you to Morgan and Johvan (forgive me if I misspelled it.) They were able to get me a specific ring that didn't show up on the website anymore. They were able to help me with the ring, buying it over the phone, and shipping it to Texas in time for to present it to my girlfriend. I appreciate the massive help with the whole planning.
