I had been shopping through a few jewelry spaces in the mall and this one definitely felt the nicest to me. They had a large selection and both the store and products were very clean and polished. I ended up speaking with Addy, who was so helpful and friendly from the get go. She was extremely patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. She shared a number of beautiful options after we discussed what I was after, offering the full range, from more entry level options to big ticket items. I appreciated that I wasn’t made to feel pressure to purchase anything in particular. I ended up going with something that I think is just perfect. I would go back again. Amazing customer service, and genuine care. We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and taking care of us so well. Thank you!
