35.99% Crazy Love coming in here and purchasing stuff for my wife, kids, and myself. The staff is always great. Just a heads up to watch their credit card terms. I have a $0 balance and they sent out new terms saying, “As of the effective date, your purchase APR will be 35.99%.” That’s designed to trap people. At that rate, it can feel impossible to pay back. If you can’t afford the same-as-cash offers, stay within your budget. I hate seeing credit card companies take advantage of people, especially those already struggling. Great staff again. This message is for the people who are trying their best. Don’t make things harder on yourself.

best experience ever. was just shopping around and they explained everything thing to us and answered all my questions. Brittany, Aliya, Tra’Ja were amazing. they showed us so many options for rings and ideas for how to make certain rings work and what they would look like. Really felt like they took care of us. They don’t pressure us into making a decision or anything gave us a lot of time to talk it over and we even walked out until we talked about it and realized that they were awsome and it was a great deal. they stayed open late just for us and we really appreciate everything they did for us

Wonderful staff! I went in there this morning in need of a replacement and walked out with something even more stunning than what I had in mind. My Fiancé did not even question the price or hesitate because of the warm customer service both Jennifer T and Brittanyann D provided! Although this was a replacement for a lost ring, this entire experience was better than the original jeweler we had previously visited!

Brittany Ann was incredibly helpful and kind. I walked into the store with diamond earrings that needed repair. She greeted me immediately and fixed the problem within minutes. She did this with a huge smile on her face and free of charge. And then she cleaned them for me. Now my wife can wear her favorite earrings again on Christmas. Brittany Ann deserves a pay raise for her customer service and willingness to go out of her way to help others, even when I wasn’t buying anything she took the time to assist and made my day.
