My mother and I go to Helzberg every 6 months to get our jewelry cleaned. This time, the customer service was outstanding. Google says they open at 10. We showed up at 10:30, and were informed they don't actually open till 11. Alicia, the regional manager, opened the store early for us to get all our jewelry cleaned and to do a little shopping. Tiffany was my sales representative who did a fabulous job helping me pick out a few items!! After our jewelry was cleaned, Alicia said she loved my grandmother's ring and set it up to where I could look at it underneath the microscope. It was very special to be able to see my 70 year old ring up close and share that with someone who loved the ring just as much as I do. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and received exceptional service so we returned to purchase our wedding bands. I love the color purple and his birthstone happens to be amethyst. Delilah helped us create the perfect wedding band enhancer and worked with Mark, the master jeweler! Once I picked my ring up I was extremely impressed and blown away!! My fiancé purchased his wedding band, a meteorite ring with rose gold band. Both were expected at the end of December and came in well ahead of time, weeks before! We love Helzberg Diamonds and this location is now our go to!!! Thank you so much Delilah, Mark, and Helzberg Team for being so kind and having incredible communication to make these rings a reality!
