We came to this huge mall for the first time and as senior citizens it was difficult to navigate to Helzberg Diamonds. We called and Delilah Murphy was so helpful and patient in making sure we knew where they were located. Once we arrived, we met the professional, kind, courteous, and caring Delilah. (Did I mention she was fun, too) She helped us with our purchase with enormous regard for the customer. She took time to educate us about what happened to a bracelet closure. THEN, she made sure she directed us back to the entrance we came in. WOW! What a delightful experience. Thank you Delilah!

Delilah, had excellent customer service! I have had such a so a few bad experiences with the tall dark brown hair lady that is very rude that I was considering never coming back to this location. Delilah was so professional and sweet. I will be back to definitely get assistance from her and for my next purchase I plan on making. Thank you Delilah for being so polite!

Louisa helped me as soon as I entered the store until I finished. She showed me natural alloy in the different electrums. I decided on a white gold diamond pendant. We looked at different white gold necklaces but my personal preferences were not available. My demands are different than what's available in store. Louisa did not try to upsale me. I didn't feel pressured. I decided to use the necklace I wore in. She cleaned up my old necklace and made it new for a new pendant. She is very pleasant to work with. Professional, positive and will work with her again.
