I came into Helzberg Diamonds after being treated terribly at the Kay Jewelers across the way and decided to stop in to look at white gold men’s wedding bands for my fiancé. The difference in experience was immediate the second I walked through the door. Every sales associate greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness, but the person who absolutely blew me away was Luisa. Luisa was beyond incredible. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, patient, and spoke to me with the warmth and care of a close friend rather than just another customer. While helping me look through men’s wedding bands, she even offered to clean my engagement ring, which was such an unexpectedly thoughtful gesture. Her customer service was truly out of this world. She went completely above and beyond to make me feel cared for, comfortable, and genuinely valued. Because of Luisa, I will absolutely be returning to purchase my fiancé’s wedding band here. The selection, pricing, atmosphere, and customer service at this location were by far the best out of every jewelry store I visited in both Frisco and Carrollton. If you visit this location, ask for Luisa — she made what started as a disappointing shopping experience turn into an unforgettable one.

I had a great experience at Helzberg Diamonds thanks to Maria Pena. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable while helping us select our jewelry. She took the time to answer our questions, offered helpful guidance, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. What stood out most was how patient and kind she was with my elderly father. She never rushed us, took the time to explain everything clearly, and treated him with genuine respect and care. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with another associate, Laura, was quite different. She was not nearly as welcoming or helpful, and her lack of engagement made me feel less valued as a customer. Had Maria not been there to assist us, I likely would have taken my business elsewhere. Maria’s professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service are the reason for this positive review. I would gladly shop with her again anytime and highly recommend asking for her if you visit Helzberg Diamonds.

Rick was PHENOMENAL!!! I sincerely loved my time with him. He was so well educated and informative. His bubbly personality was everything to me. He took great care of me, my mom, and my nana.
