Today was not only the best day but it was the absolute best service! Rose was so quick to get my ring cleaned, ready to send off for resizing, Aubrey and George were so helpful and attentive in getting the ring I have waited for an entire year off my wishlist! Beyond happy and grateful for the experience my husband and I received today. We have been going to Helzburg for almost 20 years now and today was by far the best visit yet! Thank you guys again for everything, we love Helzburg!

Well, I must say... I had the most AMAZING experience getting my Finance some earrings for Mother's Day! I came in late, as usual... lol, and started my Mother's Day Shopping this past Saturday. I got to Helzberg in the afternoon and the store was pretty busy. I was greeted right away by a salesman, George Brace, who we travelled to see. He used to work in Columbus, IN, and moved to the Greenwood Helzberg store. He was able to work with us right away and we discussed budget. He showed me a wide variety of pieces ranging from half my budget to about 10% over so I could see the differences. He was very patient and did not press the expensive pieces. He spent about 30-45 minutes with me and we landed on some beautiful diamond and Emerald earnings and I picked the ones that came right in at my budget. He offered insurance to protect against theft/ loss and clearly went through requirements for warranty on the earrings with Helzberg. Overall experience was amazing! If you are looking for a jewelry salesman I highly, highly recommend finding George Brace, and Helzberg Diamonds has a wonderful selection. Not to mention the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. 10 of 10 experience and would give a 6th star if possible! If you are looking for any jewelry, head to Helzberg Diamonds at Greenwood Mall and make sure to ask for George Brace. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure he is working!

Only ever shopped for watches here. The have a really nice selection of Citizen watches, along with Bulove and Movado. The also have a small selection of used Rolex. I did try on a "Bluesy" that was reasonably priced. They also offer financing.

I’ve been buying from Helzberg for a very long time; Multiple rings, earrings and necklaces. I bought a 14K bracelet online that was a little over $200. I wore it for less than 24 hours- I went to show my mom, And noticed that it wasn’t on my wrist. All I did was return home do some things around the house. Clearly it had broken and fallen off my wrist, and I have no idea where it’s at. They did offer $100 towards my next purchase, And offered me the option to reach out to corporate for further assistance. All in all, I’m simply disturbed that this piece of jewelry was made so fragile, That less than 24 hours is all it took for it to break. Also worth mentioning, I bought a $700 necklace for my mother last year. The clap broke twice in which they repaired it. However, the third time it broke, fell off her neck, and still to this day she has no idea where it’s at. So yes, I am now officially not as confident in their product as I used to be. One piece of jewelry maybe but not two- not after $900 That’s gone completely down the drain. It looks like I will be retiring from purchasing from Helzberg.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping at Helzberg Diamonds! Aubrey was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, she is the reason our experience was so good! We went in not knowing where to even begin, but Aubrey stepped up and helped us through it all! I ended up with a wedding set even more beautiful than I ever imagined and the best part was (with Aubrey’s help) my ring was custom designed by me! I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Aubrey and all the staff at Helzberg Diamonds!
