Yesterday I got the worst news ever that my ring was no longer in stock. I called Helzberg sad and stressed ! TINA was very nice, sweet, and sympathetic towards my situation! I bought a beautiful engagement ring, and it was better than I expected. Bought it online for a great price, and it was ready for pick up in a very reasonable amount of time. I went to pick it up and was very content. I brought the ring back to be resized and was assisted by Tina. She cared for us very patiently and helped to enjoy every moment of our experience. Looking forward to doing business with them for a long time!
