Lisa is the best 🌟! I purchased a lot of expensive jewelry from Helzberg over the years but one of my chains kept breaking. It was repaired several times and I had reached a point that I accepted buyers remorse... ... well I visited Helzberg in Orland park mall recently to have my chain repaired once again and Lisa was there to assist me. She acknowledged the several repairs done on my chain in the past and offered me a option to replace my chain with any chain of the same value. I was stunned as I had this chain for a few years and didn't even consider it being worth the full value I originally paid. She assured me that my chain indeed is still of full value... .. hearing that news made me happy so of course I purchased another chain worth double the value since I now know that Helzberg will never diminish the value of the jewelry they sell you as long as the repairs needed are reasonable and accidental. Always purchase insurance and if you lucky always look for Lisa cause nobody else ever informed nor helped me the way she did. I came in feeling down about the chain but I left feeling excited confident and freshly blinged out with a upgraded chain and canary diamond earrings. Thanks for restoring my confidence in buying real jewelry Lisa, see you soon to pick up our rings when it's done.

I have worked with Glenda, Abel, and Bilal! They helped us find and customize our wedding rings. They are absolutely beautiful!! Most recently I returned to solder my engagement ring and wedding band together. Bilal was super helpful in making everything happen. He also did not charge us for this (I have warranty for only one of the items, so wooo). Very grateful! Thank you all
